RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1) All Sales Final (No Returns/Exchanges/Refunds)
Due to the nature of our products, including personal accessories, and for sanitary and consumer safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Limited Remedy)
All orders are packed with care. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery To request assistance, email contactus@bleuparadyme.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item(s), the inner packaging, the outer shipping packaging, and the shipping label
- A brief description of the issueIf your claim is approved, our sole and exclusive remedy is, at our discretion:
-A replacement of the same item (if available), or
-Store credit, or
- Another resolution we deem appropriate under the circumstances.Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without sufficient documentation, may be denied.
3) Cancellations / Order Modifications
Orders begin processing immediately after you click “Submit Order.” Accordingly, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
4) Shipping, Carrier Delays & Lost/Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bleu Paradyme is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or other shipping-service interruptions. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier and/or local authorities as needed. We may assist by providing documentation upon request; however, we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
5) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order (if reshipment is available). We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
6) Refused Packages
Refused packages are treated as final sale and are not eligible for refund. If the item is returned to us, reshipment (if available) may require additional shipping fees.
7) No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bleu Paradyme products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Individual results and product compatibility may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and instructions and using products as directed.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleu Paradyme and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.
In all circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleu Paradyme’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
9) Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at contactus@bleuparadyme.com to attempt to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to provide order records, shipment documentation, and correspondence to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
